HOW TO MAKE CANNABIS AVOCADO TOAST
This recipe will leave you feeling as though all of your needs are met! Satisfying and hardy, avocado toast can bring delight to your menu for any meal during the day. Additionally, mixing up the avocado can become as simple, or as embellished as your appetite demands through the addition of spices! To start, let’s keep it super easy.
First, scoop half of a fresh avocado into a bowl. Add your melted cannabis butter (aka cannabutter), mayonnaise (optional), minced garlic, salt and pepper and stir until completely blended.
Spread your mixture onto a slice or two of toast and top with red pepper flakes.
Want an even easier method? Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on your toast, followed by your melted cannabutter. Then simply add slices of avocado and the spices of your choice. Even easier!

HOW DO I MAKE THIS RECIPE WITHOUT MARIJUANA?
We’re so glad you asked this question because it makes us feel like you’re really listening to our warning. It’s easy to make this recipe without weed. Simply omit the CannaButter from the recipe.
CAN THIS RECIPE BE MADE GLUTEN FREE AND/OR DAIRY FREE?
Absolutely! Simply use the gluten free bread of your choice, and make sure you follow the CannaButter directions to make dairy-free CannaButter.
- ½ of a small avocado
- ½ teaspoon CannaButter
- 1-2 slices of bread, toasted
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (optional)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
- Add a pinch of the following (optional)
- Coarse sea salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- In a small bowl combine avocado, melted CannaButter, garlic, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Gently mash with the back of a fork until well blended.
- Spread onto your favorite toast and top with red pepper flakes.
