- 1/2 of a small avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon CannaButter
- 1-2 slices of bread, toasted
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (optional)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
- Add a pinch of the following (optional)
- Coarse sea salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- In a small bowl combine avocado, melted CannaButter, garlic, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Gently mash with the back of a fork until well blended.
- Spread onto your favorite toast and top with red pepper flakes.
