Ingredients

- 1 can black beans
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 whole jalapeno, seeded and de-veined
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped (about 1/2 a red pepper)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Canna Oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the black beans.
- Blend beans, garlic, lime juice, Canna Oil, cumin and smoked paprika in food processor.
- Stir in cilantro, jalapeno, feta cheese and red pepper.
- Portion and enjoy.
Notes
Serve in 1/4 cup servings.
