I probably would. They’ll be a little bit lower dose than this recipe, but you can just eat more.

Can you use 1 cup of cannabutter instead of doing regular butter?

    • Cannabis Spatula

      June 2, 2020 at 8:12 pm

You can. You may find that the taste is a little stronger than normal. They will also be strong cookies, so plan accordingly.

I’ve never baked cannabis cookies before, however, most regular chocolate chip recipes require the dough to sit in the fridge for a minimum of an hour. If I follow this step will it affect the texture and taste of my cookies ?

      May 19, 2020 at 5:18 pm

You don’t need to do that for this recipe, but you certainly CAN refrigerate the dough before baking. It will not impact texture, taste or strength of your cookies.

Do I have to put the syrup in?

    • Cannabis Spatula

      October 12, 2020 at 1:43 pm

Nope. It migth help to cut the taste of cannabis a little (and it does make for perfect chocolate chip cookies), but it’s definitely optional.
