📋INGREDIENTS
- Cream Cheese, softened
- Butter, softened
- CannaButter, softened
- Canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- Granulated sugar
- Vanilla
- Maple syrup
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Cinnamon

🔪 INSTRUCTIONS
Follow these simple steps for this easy pumpkin spice dessert.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In large bowl, stir together butter, CannaButter, cream cheese and pumpkin. Mix until completely smooth.
- Stir in sugar, vanilla, syrup.
- Add flour, ½ graham cracker crumbs, pumpkin pie spices and cinnamon.
- Scoop into balls with cookie scoop and roll in remaining graham cracker crumbs (about 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie).
- Place on cookietray and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove and lightly press down so they are flat.
- Cook 3 more minutes.
- Let cool and store in refrigerator.
- Best served chilled.

Make it Gluten Free
It's easy to make these gluten free cookies. Simply use gluten free graham crackers. We love this brand.
Make it Dairy Free
A diary free option is a little tricker, but it's not impossible. Substitute dairy free butter for the butter and use a dairy free CannaButter. You'll also need to use dairy free cream cheese. This will alter the consistency of the cookie slightly, but it will still be delicious!

- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- ¼ cup CannaButter, softened
- ½ cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
