Four Ingredient Cannabis Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

January 5, 2021 by Cannabis Spatula 27 Comments

If you're trying to eat your weed, you don't want to spend hours in the kitchen to make it happen. And you also don't want to have to spend a fortune on ingredients. Which is why we love these 4-ingredient cannabis peanut butter cookies. They taste amazing, they're low-dose (so you can eat more than one!), and we can nearly guarantee that you have all the ingredients in your cupboard right now. So let's get mixing so you can get your perfect high.

These simple peanut butter cookies combine just four ingredients and only makes two dozen cookies - which is perfect when you don't want to spend all day in the kitchen. You can have a craving for Cannabis Peanut Butter Cookies and have them coming out of the oven in 20 minutes or less.

    That's our kind of edible!

    Before You Get Started

If you’re new to cooking with cannabis, you’ll want to learn more about getting started. It’s not hard to cook with cannabis, but there are a few things you’ll need to understand first. For this recipe, you’ll need to know:

    • How to Decarb your Weed
    • How to Make CannaButter
    • Our dosing guidelinesΒ (how much you’ll want to eat to find your perfect high). This recipe makes 24 servings.

How to Make Four Ingredient Cannabis Peanut Butter Cookies

When it comes to getting "baked" with edibles, it doesn't get much easier than this. You'll combine peanut butter, sugar, an egg and CannaButter and mix well.

Then you'll drop by tablespoon full onto a cookie sheet, press with a fork and sprinkle with sugar and then bake for 8 minutes. Easy peasy!

Bonus! It's also gluten and dairy free. Woo hoo!

Are you sure there's no flour in this recipe?

No flour! And no typos. This recipe is 100% gluten free and tastes 100% delicious!

Can I use Powdered Peanut Butter to replace the Peanut Butter?

Yes! You'll want to follow the instructions on your powdered peanut butter to rehydrate the peanut butter powder. (Basically add water). When you have it to the consistency of peanut butter, you can use a 1:1 replacement. You may want to experiment with this using regular butter (so you don't waste your weed). It may take some experimenting to get the texture right when using powdered peanut butter.

How can I make this recipe gluten and dairy free?

Absolutely! It's already gluten free, and you can make it dairy free by using dairy-free CannaButter.

The most I can get out of this recipe is 15, unless I make the really small. Still use it, tho. Quick and easy!

We haven't tried it, but definitely give it a try and let us know. You may want to do a test run without marijuana so you don't waste your infusion if it's bad. πŸ™‚

Oh no! So sorry to hear that! Hopefully you were still able to eat them. Maybe try a little powdered PB next time?

W add 1/2 cup of cannabutter to make them stronger. Adding powdered peanut butter (Costco) will make the batter the right consistency. I use a melon-baller to scoop, making the whole process super simple.

One-half or a whole cookie is enough to make me sleep soundly. I've been making this recipe for over a year and continue to think it is the best.

Simple, straightforward, and tasty. Buddy of mine made a huge batch of these with X-tea strength THC butter, WOW! Be careful and responsible with this delivery method! He froze them in layers of parchment keeping them kinda thin so they melt
          On your mouth.

I'm having a hard time telling of they're done baking.. have baked over 10min, and still squishy.. did I overmix? Also, I'm using a baking stone instead of a metal baking sheet... any advice or more exact baking times? Please and thank you!

Let me know how they turned out. They are VERY soft cookies, but you should definitely be able to pick them up like a cookie after they cool.

I love this recipe. I add powder peanut butter in addition to regular peanut butter. It makes the batter a little thicker. I also use a melon-baller to make it easy to plop on the baking sheet. I like the smaller sizes, as you can always eat two if you want. I get about 36-40 cookies out of this recipe.

Just me and how I bake, but in a toaster oven I use parchment paper on my small cookie sheets. It helps me to be able to slide the parchment off the cookie sheet and start with a new parchment and keep the cookies baking in batches. I don't have a real oven for the last 3 years, so do what I can to make treats for us adults.
