How to Make Ganja Goulash
This simple recipe only takes one pot and comes together quickly! Brown beef and finely chopped onions in a large, oven-safe pot or dutch oven.
Drain the excess oil from the beef and add tomatoes, cottage cheese, spices, Canna Oil and fresh veggies. Mix well.
Top with one cup of shredded cheese and bake covered for 30 minutes in a 375 degree F oven.
Add the uncooked macaroni, stir well and add the rest of the shredded cheese to the top. Bake uncovered an additional 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and browning.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Sweet Onion (finely chopped)
- ¼ Cup Canna Oil
- 1 Jar Pasta Sauce
- 1 Can Fire Roasted Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 Can Tomato Paste
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 C Small Curd Cottage Cheese (not fat-free!) - OR - 1 C Crumbled Feta
- ½ C Green Pepper finely chopped
- ½ C Fresh Mushrooms (optional)
- 2 C Colby Jack Shredded Cheese (divided)
- 2 tsp Parsley
- 2 tsp Oregano
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 Cups Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Brown beef and finely chopped onion in large, oven safe pot or dutch oven over medium heat for about 5-8 minutes.
- Drain excess oil from cooked beef.
- Add Canna Oil, pasta sauce, fire roasted tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, cottage cheese, spices and fresh veggies. Mix well.
- Top with 1 cup of shredded cheese (saving the other cup for topping half way through the bake)
- Bake covered for 30 minutes.
- Add uncooked elbow macaroni and stir well.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered an additional 20-25 minutes.
- Divide into 8 equal portions and serve.
