If you haven't tried a cannabis tincture yet, the Golden Dragon or QWET is one of the most popular cannabis tinctures. It is easy to make (just two ingredients), and it can be used as a sublingual or to make edibles.

And it has a much milder taste than it's cousin, the Green Dragon Tincture. Looking for additional tinctures or sublingual options? You can see our recipe for MCT oil here. While technically not a tincture, it can be used sublingually.

📋 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is a tincture?
A tincture is an herbal infusion that you can take sublingually (beneath your tongue) for desired results.
You will typically see results in 5-20 minutes, which is much faster than a typical edible. This allows you to dose more properly - as you can more quickly know if you need to take more.
What does QWET stand for?
Quick Wash Extraction Technique (QWET) is the method used to make this cannabis tincture. You will see this tincture referred to as three different names.
- QWET Tincture
- Golden Dragon Tincture
- Ice Dragon Tincture
What's the best way to use Golden Dragon Cannabis Tincture?
- You can use it as a sublingual - hold desired amount under your tongue for at least 60 seconds.
- You can add it to edibles recipes to add extra potentcy or to make anything you eat an edible.
- You can stir it into cold drinks.
What is the difference between the Golden Dragon Tincture and the Green Dragon Tincture?
The biggest difference (other than the amount of time it takes to create the tinctures) is the taste and potency.
The Green Dragon tincture is more potent, but it doesn't taste good. It has a very strong alcohol taste as well as a chlorophyll, plant taste. The Golden Dragon tincture is still very potent, but not AS potent as the Green Dragon Tincture. BUT, it has a much milder taste.
