Before You Get Started
If you’re new to cooking with cannabis, you’ll want to learn more about getting started. It’s not hard to cook with cannabis, but there are a few things you’ll need to understand first. For this recipe, you’ll need to know:
- How to Decarb your Weed
- How to Make Canna Oil (you’ll need to use a Vegetable or Coconut oil for this recipe)
- Our dosing guidelines (how much you’ll want to eat to find your perfect high). This recipe makes one serving.
How to Make Cannabis S'mores
The beauty of this recipe is that it is SO easy to make.
You'll start by whipping up a batch of pot brownies. We share our favorite recipe right here (you can use a box mix)!
Once your brownies are made, cut them into your preferred portion size and split the brownie into two pieces to make a top and bottom for your S'more.
Next, you'll simply melt a marshmallow (or two) over a campfire.
No campfire? No problem. Place your marshmallows on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and broil in the oven until golden brown. (Make sure to watch this process closely!)
Place your gooey marshmallows between your pieces of pot brownie to make a sandwich / S'more.
Eat and enjoy!
Can I make these Cannabis S'mores in advance and freeze them?
Yes. You can make the pot brownies in advance. Cut them into individual portions and freeze them. When you're ready to have a Cannabis S'more, simply roast your marshmallows and follow the instructions above. You can either thaw your pot brownie in advance or enjoy a frozen edibles treat.
Can I use something other than Pot Brownies to make Cannabis S'mores?
Of course. While you can find several recipes involving making your own Cannabis Graham Crackers to use for S'mores, we think you're going to like making them with pot brownies So. Much. More. If you want to get really adventurous, you can experiment with using Cannabis Rice Krispie Treats instead of pot brownies.
Can I make these S'mores in the oven?
You don't need to make the entire S'more in the oven since you won't need to melt chocolate (thank you brownies)! But you can definitely melt your marshmallows in the oven. Spread your marshmallows onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and broil in the oven until they are lightly browned. No campfire needed.
HOW HIGH WILL I GET WHEN I EAT THESE POT BROWNIES?
Our recipe for pot brownies makes 12 strong servings (when made with our Canna Oil recipe). Assuming you’re using a marijuana with 10% THC, each serving will contain approximately 23 mg of THC per serving. You can read all of our dosing guidelines here.
