Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken wings or boneless chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup Franks RedHot hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons CannaButter, melted (use dairy-free version if necessary)
- 3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon butter, melted (use dairy-free version if necessary)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
In the Oven
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Season the chicken wings with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper.
- Place a wire rack on a baking sheet, and place the wings on the wire rack. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes until cooked through.
In the Air Fryer
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Season the chicken wings with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes until cooked through.
Making the Sauce & Dosing Guidelines
- In a large bowl, mix Franks RedHot hot sauce, CannaButter and regular butter, black pepper and garlic powder.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the sauce into 4 bowls.
- Divide the cooked chicken wings into 4 equal portions and place each portion into one of the bowls of sauce.
- Coat the chicken wings thoroughly and serve directly in their bowl (to maximize the cannabis dose).
Notes
Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing along with a side of celery.
Or - if enjoying as a full meal, serve with a salad, veggies or a side of rice (non-Keto).
